![]() ![]() No spoilers, but she’s gone to rehab and come out of rehab, and she’s definitely going through it. Speaking of Rue wearing that vest, it seems like her dad’s burgundy jacket we see her wearing so often in season one doesn’t show up as much in season two. ![]() Rue (Zendaya) wore a combination of some vintage-a Jean Paul Gaultier top vest and vintage Roberto Cavalli pants. Her skirt is Orseund Iris, and she’s wearing a mesh top by this brand called Maroske Peech, and a beaded top from NIHL. Jules (Hunter Schafer) is wearing a combination of what I would consider to be cutting-edge independent designers. Then, I collaborated with Mimi Wade on Barbie Ferreira’s character Kat’s dress. I collaborated with Batsheva on Maude Apatow’s character Lexi’s outfit-We chose really bright colors, a beautiful saffron gold color and really rich fuchsia. We were shooting on film, which makes a difference with the look of everything and makes the colors really pop. Since it’s the first episode back, I just wanted everything to look really beautiful on camera. But, I think young people at that age in high school often do change up their style or try to experiment with different styles, so I didn’t feel too locked into the look of the first season. Heidi Bivens: The New Year’s Eve party episode begins a couple of weeks after the final episode of the first season, so I couldn’t really take too big of a departure for it to still feel cohesive. And this season, the color palettes overall got darker as each character grew up. But more than providing outfit inspiration, the costumes mirror each character’s progression. Against the dark plots exploring pedophilia, domestic abuse, teenage drug-dealing and violence, Bivens’s whimsical costume direction can seem paradoxical. Bivens leaned into this even further for the second season, and says she scoured the vintage racks of nearly every costume house in Los Angeles. Who among us didn’t google “cut-out flare pants” after Maddy wore them to the town’s carnival? Though set in the present, the characters of Euphoria relish in early noughties nostalgia, marked by short hemlines and clingy fabrics. Two and a half years following the show’s premiere, Euphoria, which follows the complex lives of a pack of high school students navigating love, identity, and drug addiction, still has a palpable impact on where fashion trends fall today. The journalist-turned-stylist-turned-costume designer tells Vogue she’s drawn in by a challenge and, having returned to outfit the second season of HBO’s hit series Euphoria after earning Emmy, Primetime, and CDG Award nominations for her work on the show’s debut, it’s safe to say the challenge has been met. You have her to thank for those neon swimsuits paired with ski masks in Spring Breakers, and the beyond-trendy ensembles on Euphoria (remember how good their Halloween costumes were?). Heidi Bivens knows how to dress the cool girl.

By echoing a strain of gentleness unheard since Menagerie, Iguana served to bracket the whole range of Williams' achievement, a body of work so substantial that it now casts a larger shadow than the man who made it. When Iguana opened in late December 1961, Williams proved to be in his best dramatic form since Streetcar, with the debatable exception of Cat. Ups and downs of critical approval never dampened the excitement of a Williams opening: 1948's Summer and Smoke, 1951's The Rose Tattoo, 1953's Camino Real, 1955's Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, 1957's Orpheus Descending, 1958's Garden District, 1959's Sweet Bird of Youth, and 1960's Period of Adjustment. Powerfully directed by Elia Kazan, it marked the beginning of the dynamic Williams-Kazan entente that would dominate Broadway for more than a decade. Menagerie, with its tender burden of Williams' life and family confidences, opened on Broadway one night in the spring of 1945, and since that moment the front rank of U.S. One of the scripts was titled The Gentleman Caller, which became The Glass Menagerie. Moving on to Hollywood, he wrote unused film scripts for MGM, until he was fired. He worked as a restaurant cashier, usher in Manhattan's Strand Theater, Teletype operator, apartment-house elevator operator, and as a poetry-reciting waiter in Greenwich Village's Beggar Barwhere he wore a black eye patch with a libidinous white eye painted on it he had undergone the first of four eye operations. In the next four years, Williams collected the job labels that are pasted on the luggage of itinerant U.S. The Theatre Guild, which had produced Battle, shot off an unprecedented letter of apology to its subscribers and closed the play. For a third-act climax, a zealous stagehand had overstocked his smudge pots to simulate a stage fire, and smoke billowed out over the footlights to choke the audiencebut it hardly mattered they were already burned up. In a little more than a year, a full-length Williams play, Battle of Angels, opened in Boston. "I remember," says Parrott, "that he had a handful of letters from agents asking to handle his writing and he took them and went 'eeny, meeny, miney, mo.' To craft the Abyssal Harpoon in Valheim, there are several steps you need to take. Some players also suggest that you bring some Stamina Meads with you to maintain the leash for extended periods. This allows you to maneuver freely all the time. A useful tip when catching Sea Serpents is that the tether is not broken when you interact with your boat’s rudder. Its Parry Block Armor is rated at 42 to 63, while its Parry Bonus is 2x. Each attack only spends 15 Stamina, but constantly drains it while you are tethered to something.įor defense, the Abyssal Harpoon has a Block Armor of 21 to 31.5. Since it is not a weapon per se, its primary attack only does 10 Pierce damage, 10 Staggering, and 20 Knockback. Its Durability is quite low at only 50, while it reduces movement speed by 5% when equipped. This one-handed spear weighs about 1.5 pounds, which is lighter than almost any other spear in the game. Finally, the same thing happens when you run out of Stamina or try to drag through impassable terrain. Do not move away too far and too quickly as it will break the connection. First, using the Abyssal Harpoon’s primary attack again will break the connection. There are several ways that this tether can be broken, so be careful about that, especially when holding onto rare creatures like a Sea Serpent. It is also important to note that this mechanic does not work against Boss-level enemies. Be careful, however, as the Abyssal Harpoon constantly drains your Stamina while it is latched on to an enemy. What the Abyssal Harpoon does is latch onto creatures and drag them towards the user at a certain distance. It only has its primary attack, which even then does not deal much damage at all. The goal is to mine as much as possible when the island starts to sink, and then have enough stamina to swim back without drowning. This utility spear is not mainly used as a weapon. When the island has already stirred once or twice, let your stamina bar return to maximum (and eat). Start by mining the barnacles at the other end of the island from your ship, then slowly come back to it, mining whatever you find. By planning your actions well, you can harvest almost anything, even solo. Once a certain course is passed, the island will sink under the waves, and you will be forced to swim back to your ship. But there is a limit, after mining a certain number of barnacles the kraken will start to shake. You can mine them with your pickaxe to obtain a unique resource, Chitin. Huge Abyssal Barnacles can be found all over the island. If you are in multiplayer, it may be wise to go with several people so as not to miss anything. There is no risk of being lost at sea far from your ship or of being killed. ![]() There is nothing to worry about, although it may give the impression, it is not moving (yet) and is not hostile.
